Are structural repairs being addressed with your asphalt? Seal coating products will not help structural damage. It is very common for asphalt parking lots to have weak areas. These areas can be covered by skim patching, or just overlooked and sealed, however neither of these methods will fix the problem. We recommend ripping these areas out and fixing the problem once and for all.

The most effective approach to fixing extremely damaged or cracked areas is to simply rip out and replace the asphalt. In some cases, we rip out or grind down the existing asphalt until it reached the base. The base is examined and tested to stability. It is then either re-compacted, dug out, or new base is added to the existing.

On larger rip out projects, we will use a large grinding machine to expedite the project, this saves you time and money.
